• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse, or terminal operations is an advantage but not required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements, including shift work when required.

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the terminal.

• Support the operations team in coordinating cargo, vessel, truck, and container movements.

• Assist with checking and preparing operational documents and reports.

• Monitor operational activities and update relevant records and systems.

• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, transporters, and other operational parties.

• Assist in ensuring operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company procedures.

• Report operational issues or delays to the relevant supervisor.

• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and operational requirements.
