Job Description – Security Lead (SAP Procurement)

Role: Security Lead – SAP Procurement

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Lead with strong expertise in SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP S/4HANA Security. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP security, role-based access controls, authorizations, SoD, and IAM integrations across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security activities for SAP implementation projects, including procurement-related solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA user roles, authorizations, and security profiles.
• Manage security for SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• Define and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Support Business and Process teams in designing and maintaining appropriate access controls.
• Manage SAP roles, authorization objects, profiles, and security settings across different SAP environments.
• Work with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Cloud Security.
• Support audit, compliance, access reviews, and SoD remediation activities.
• Integrate and manage SAP security with IAM/IGA solutions.
• Manage Role Catalogues on IGA platforms such as Saviynt, IDM, or ForgeRock.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process owners, technical teams, and auditors.
• Provide security guidance throughout SAP implementation and transformation projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• Experience working as a Security Lead in at least one SAP implementation.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Security, roles, authorizations, and profiles.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC and SoD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with IAM/IGA integration with SAP.
• Experience managing Role Catalogue on Saviynt, IDM, ForgeRock, or similar IGA platforms.
