Job Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between customers and suppliers
• Prepare and manage order documentation with accuracy
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and logistics
• Attend major trade fairs in Mainland China and Hong Kong with buyers, as required
• Conduct factory visits when necessary

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin; Spanish is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail)
• Well‑organized, mature, team‑oriented, and quick to learn
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
