Responsibilities

• Taking off quantity, controlling, ordering, recording and monitor of material
• Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to sub-contractor
• Prepare monthly report progress claim, sub-contractor' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account
• Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and client
• Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control and etc
• Ensure all projects remain within budget and do costing and material estimates

Requirements

• Possess at least bachelor’s degree in quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
• Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
• Possess own transport
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
• Computer literate MS Office Excel and Word
