Full job description

Start your F&B career with a hands-on Service Crew opportunity at established factory products. SPM qualification is required, and candidates with good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• SPM qualification required
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts (8 working hours + OT hours break per shift)
• Willing to work Sat according to roster
• Able to perform hands-on F&B duties such as standing for extended periods, serving customers, carrying food and beverages, and clearing tables
• Responsible, customer-friendly and able to work as part of a team
• Able to commute reliably to the assigned outlet or consider available hostel accommodation

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and recommend menu items when needed
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Handle customer enquiries and basic complaints
• Set up and clear tables and maintain dining-area cleanliness
• Assist with billing and payment transactions when required
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
• Support general outlet operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
