The Henderson Hospitality Limited is entering an exciting new chapter as we continue to set new benchmarks for luxury hospitality and dining excellence. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking an exceptional member to join our team as Supervisor - Akira Back.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, timely, and impeccable guest service.
Assist with training and coaching staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and restaurant standards.
Monitor service quality, including timing, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Upsell the popular items in order to generate more revenues for the restaurant
Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements :
3-5 years' relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with minimum 1 year in similar position
Strong command of guest service standards, attention to detail, and professional communication.
Solid understanding of service flow, reservation management, and table-side coordination.
Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
Good command of English
