Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily manufacturing operations.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and production teams regarding orders and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

• Track work progress and ensure production targets are met.

• Assist in inventory control and material planning.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support when required.

• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production and service-related issues.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  

  Requirements:

  -Equivalent qualification in Manufacturing firm

  -Good communication and coordination skills

  -Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  -Prior experience in manufacturing or customer service will be an advantage.
