Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Accounting, Business Administration or related qualification is an advantage.

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.

Familiar with SQL Accounting System or similar software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good numerical skills and attention to detail.

Responsible, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin language proficiency is required for regular communication with chefs and kitchen staff regarding stock, inventory and related matters.

F&B, restaurant, inventory, purchasing or stock control experience is an advantage.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Handle stock receiving, transfers, returns and adjustments.

Assist with regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.

Process supplier invoices, PO, DO and related documents.

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform data entry using SQL Accounting System.

Maintain proper filing of accounts, purchasing and inventory documents.

Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on invoices and stock matters.

Assist the Accounts/Finance team with other duties when required.
