RETAIL MANAGER | $3200 - $3800 | 5 DAYS

Locations: Islandwide

Gross Salary: $3,200 -$3800/month

Working Days: 5 days per week, including rostered weekends and Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations, sales performance and customer service standards.

• Lead, train and develop retail supervisors and store associates.

• Drive store sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.

• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention.

• Plan manpower allocation, staff scheduling and daily operational priorities.

• Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational challenges.

• Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operating standards.

Requirements

• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant retail experience.

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience is advantageous.

• Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.

• Experience managing store sales performance and operational targets.

• Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
