We’re hiring: Account Management Executive | Slash Studios MY

Slash Studios is looking for an Account Management Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

If you can manage clients without hand-holding, keep projects moving, communicate clearly, and understand what makes good marketing, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and our creative, content and strategy teams

• Understand client briefs, translate them into clear internal requirements and ensure timely delivery

• Manage content calendars, approvals, revisions and project timelines

• Coordinate shoots, content production and campaign deliverables

• Join client meetings and present ideas, updates and performance reports

• Monitor account performance and proactively suggest improvements

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce relevant services

• Keep track of scope, timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing or digital marketing — agency experience is preferred

• Strong written and verbal English

• Excellent organisational and project management skills

• Have experience working with social media accounts

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing

• Confident communicating with clients and internal teams

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Someone proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable taking ownership

• A good eye for content, branding and creative work

• Understand content strategy and digital campaigns

• Have experience coordinating shoots or production

• Can read social media analytics and turn numbers into useful insights

• Are commercially minded and naturally spot opportunities

Bonus points if you have business development experience, enjoy pitching ideas, building networks or bringing in new clients.
