Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet production targets.

• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of production workers.

• Train and guide workers on production procedures and equipment handling.

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures.

• Monitor production workflow and improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain inventory records and coordinate equipment maintenance.

• Prepare daily production reports and report operational issues to management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.

• Experience in woodworking, furniture manufacturing or related industries is preferred.

• Familiar with production machinery, tools and manufacturing processes.

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and quality control procedures.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to supervise production workers and manage daily work schedules.

• Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment
