Candidates with e-commerce warehouse industry experience will have an advantage.

Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient in Mandarin will be advantage (required to communicate with customers from Mandarin speaker)

Pick and pack goods according to the picking list accurately.

Ensure all goods are properly packed.

Ensure all parcels are handed over to the courier within the scheduled timeline.

Receive and inspect returned parcels to ensure the items and quantities are correct.

Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during daily operations to the Warehouse Manager.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
