Key Responsibilities

1. Beverage and Refreshment Preparation

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages for staff and visitors as required.
• Refill water in coffee machines, water dispensers and other pantry equipment as needed.
• Arrange and serve light snacks and refreshments.

2. Pantry Cleanliness and Organisation

• Clean and sanitise office refrigerators, pantry countertops, sinks, tables and appliances.
• Wash, dry and properly store cups, glasses, plates and utensils.
• Keep pantry areas clean, tidy and well organised at all times.

3. Pantry Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels of beverages, snacks, bottled water and cleaning materials.
• Notify the office administrator or relevant personnel when supplies require replenishment.
• Receive, unpack and neatly store pantry supplies upon delivery.

4. Meeting and Event Support

• Set up and serve refreshments for meetings, conferences and office events as requested.
• Clear refreshments and clean the relevant areas after meetings and events.

5. Minor Errands

Carry out simple office errands as required, such as posting mail and purchasing refreshments or supplies from nearby shops.
