Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations via phone and email.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams and internal departments.
• Monitor order status, follow up on deliveries and arrange urgent shipments.
• Provide sales support and assist with project coordination.
• Prepare monthly sales and order status reports for management.
• Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order processing or sales coordination.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
