• Traffic / Highway surveillance to ensure good functionality of road conditions (24 hours).
• Feedback to Concession Monitoring Department on third party intrusion
• Co-ordinate with all local enforcer - eg: Police, Bomba, Ambulance, DBKL, JPJ, etc. on the traffic matters.
• Assist maintenance unit on any traffic diversion for repair work.
• Upkeep inventory record on all traffic diversion for repair work.
• Good up - keeping on patrol vehicles and its equipment
• Upkeep daily record of work.
• Prepare accident reports for insurance claims (feed to Admin & Finance)
• Prepare monthly, quaterly and yearly accident reports MHA.
• Proper and systematic up - keeping of accident photos and files.
• Traffic count as per assignment
• Prepare patrol and controller team work schedule
• Attend to emergency call - 24 hours.
• To prepare report on public complaints.
• Assist CMCC for third party works monitoring
• Any other assignment

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in civil engineering, public safety or transport management or any related field.
• Certificate in Traffic Management (certified Traffic Management Officer or CIDB - accredited credential) is advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field
