About the Role
Our client, a global leader in precision equipment and subsystems for the semiconductor industry, is looking for a Senior / Quality Engineer to join its Singapore operations. You will own quality planning and control for equipment manufacturing, and make sure every build meets exacting customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing
• Carry out audits, define inspection protocols, and monitor production quality
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to identify and reduce quality risks
• Lead continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
• Train QC and manufacturing teams on quality procedures
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
• Senior level: 5+ years of quality engineering experience in the semiconductor industry. Quality Engineer level: 3+ years
• Working knowledge of semiconductor and cleanroom standards (SEMI, ISO 14644)
• ASQ CQE or CQT certification is an advantage
• Experience in front-end semiconductor equipment manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work with teams across functions
