Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Technical Controllers to lead construction projects in Singapore. You will apply your expertise in project management, site supervision, and technical control to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects by planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Interpret and apply construction drawings to guide project execution and site supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate tasks and resolve project issues.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered during construction projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document project progress and AutoCAD to assist in technical tasks where applicable.
• Work independently and collaboratively within project teams to achieve project goals.
• Comply with safety and regulatory requirements while working on construction sites in Singapore.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building construction industry.
