Alteraxis Hiring! Full Time IT Operations - Project Support Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined IT Operations & Project Support Executive to support daily IT operations, basic cybersecurity monitoring, project coordination and helpdesk services. The successful candidate will work with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Helpdesk

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity and user access issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, email and basic network problems.
• Record, track and update incidents and service requests until resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team or vendor.

2. Basic SOC & Security Monitoring

• Monitor security alerts, system logs and dashboards under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform initial checks on suspicious activities and document findings.
• Escalate potential security incidents according to established procedures.
• Assist with maintaining security monitoring reports and incident records.

3. Project Management Office (PMO) Support

• Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, schedules and project documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, action items and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors and internal technical teams.
• Assist with tender documentation, compliance matrices, equipment delivery tracking and project handover documents.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Interest in cybersecurity, SOC operations and IT project management.
• Good communication, documentation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team and handle multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
