JOB DESCRITION:

• Coordinate all incoming and outgoing materials at the branch yard.
• Inspect and physically count materials to verify quantities against delivery documents for both incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain stock cards and inventory labels to ensure proper material identification and tracking.
• Arrange and store materials according to the prescribed inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock cards for all materials.
• Organize and maintain the yard and storage areas to ensure easy accessibility and efficient inventory tracking.
• Notify the relevant departments or personnel upon the receipt or arrival of materials at the store.
• Investigate discrepancies, damaged materials, or missing items and report findings to the Branch Manager.
• Maintain the service centre for damaged materials and keep proper records of scrap material disposal.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Project Team to identify and plan material requirements in advance.
• Liaise with the Purchasing Department regarding the procurement of new and spare materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and material handling.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records and stock documentation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to perform physical stock counts and inspect materials accurately.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform hands-on duties in the yard and storage areas.
• Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
