About the Roles

Join a manufacturing/semi-conductor company as a Sales Engineer / Account Manager (Industrial Equipment & Solutions), based in Kaki Bukit. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage assigned customer accounts and respond promptly to sales enquiries.
• Recommend suitable equipment and services based on customer requirements.
• Visit existing customers regularly to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities and potential accounts.
• Provide after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and support the effective use of company solutions.
• Coordinate order progress and delivery schedules with customers to support smooth project implementation.
• Work with Japan Sales Support and the technical team to prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Promote company equipment and solutions through marketing activities and campaigns with Headquarters.
• Gather and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Support the Head of Sales in meeting annual sales targets.
• Monitor customer credit status and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage section costs effectively to support company profitability.
• Handle daily sales administration accurately and efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
