Location: Iskandar, Johor, Malaysia

Salary: Up to RM6,000/month
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM–5:45 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer accounts within the Johor market.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate freight forwarding solutions.
• Liaise with internal operations, pricing, and sales teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• Support revenue growth and account retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong understanding of the Johor customer market.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and developing accounts.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
