Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or store operations role, preferably within the hardware or industrial supplies sector.

Proven ability to manage inventory effectively, including receiving, stocking, and tracking merchandise to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.

Demonstrated experience in stock control procedures, ensuring accurate counts and efficient organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Strong understanding of sales support functions, assisting customers with product inquiries, providing information, and facilitating smooth transactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store objectives.

Proficiency in English for daily communication, customer interaction, and understanding product information.

Ability to work full-time hours in an onsite capacity at our Sungai Buloh, Selangor location.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks, contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.

Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all staff.

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify any potential loss or damage.

Provide direct sales support to customers, assisting them with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing transactions.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and adheres to all company merchandising standards.

Assist in training and onboarding new store staff, sharing knowledge on products, procedures, and customer service best practices.

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement, reporting key metrics to management.
