We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, permits, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Track and update shipment status in the system.
• Manage import and export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve shipping issues, delivery delays, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports as required.

Job Requirements: -

• GCEO level and above
• Minimum1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight operations.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Abilityto work independently in a fast-paced environment.
