Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in the education industry, university admissions, or student recruitment? Join MAHSA International School to drive student enrolment through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert prospective students to drive enrolment.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, education agents, and corporate organizations.
• Conduct presentations, career talks, and information sessions.
• Utilize digital marketing and social media to attract potential students.
• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and open days.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student recruitment (education industry preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and delivering measurable business growth.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Digital marketing and social media proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
