About the role
Oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinating on-site resources to ensure production schedules are met. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of product quality. Manage personnel functions within the production team, including recruitment, training, daily work scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinating on-site resources to ensure production schedules are met
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of product quality
Manage personnel functions within the production team, including recruitment, training, daily work scheduling, and performance evaluation
Review and approve raw materials and production-related documentation; assist the Production Manager in analyzing performance metrics and proposing continuous improvement initiatives
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and TPM; utilize Lean tools to identify issues and implement effective solutions
About you
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP environment, with leadership skills
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, such as solid dosage, oral liquids, ointments, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong team management abilities
Adaptable and proactive problem-solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
