EM Services Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager, Commercial - Costing in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain integrated financial models that translate operational assumptions into Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow outcomes.
• Support pricing reviews, tender submissions, contract renewals and business development opportunities through financial analysis and modelling.
• Develop costing models and profitability analyses to support commercial decision-making and margin improvement initiatives.
• Build business cases for new contracts, investments, strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess financial risks, opportunities and alternative transaction structures.
• Support management discussions by providing clear financial insights, recommendations and commercial analysis.
• Partner business units, operations and corporate functions to evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions and improve financial outcomes.
• Continuously improve modelling tools, templates and analytical capabilities to support business growth and decision making.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial modelling or corporate finance.

Specific Skills/Knowledge

• Strong financial modelling and Excel capabilities.
• Experience in pricing, costing, tender support or business case development preferred.
• Experience working with operational and commercial stakeholders
