Job Description
Responsibilities
Arrange airline bookings and coordinate shipment schedules
Liaise with customers, contractors and service providers to facilitate shipments
Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
Work closely with internal operations teams to fulfil service requirements
Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates
Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customs on shipment movements
Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery updates
Support billing process including job closure and invoicing
Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
Drive service improvements within the team
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
