Lan Kwai Fong Hotel is an award-winning boutique hotel in Central Hong Kong. Our boutique hotel’s rooms and suites are exquisitely appointed with oriental décor, offering guests a touch of Asian hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain hotel business to drive revenue growth.
Build and strengthen partnerships with clients to expand market share.
Manage existing corporate accounts and identify new potential clients.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with hotel leadership team to create a strategic growth plan.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights.
Support departmental objectives in alignment with company strategies and brand standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and with a proven sales record.
Strong business acumen and excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player.
Proficient in prioritization, time management, and organization.
Passionate about the hospitality industry.
