Company Summary:
Julian Grey’s client is an established construction and engineering organisation with a strong track record in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery, including planning, scheduling and execution.
• Track drawing progress and coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with internal and external production teams on precast production, delivery and quality matters.
• Conduct joint inspections with the main contractor and production engineer at project sites and precast yards to identify drawing, production and quality issues.
• Communicate with clients daily to understand their needs and requirements and represent their interests on site.
• Monitor project quality and performance, including budget, schedule, plans and personnel performance, and provide regular progress updates.
• Attend weekly site meetings and address site requests relating to precast works.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other project stakeholders to provide coordination and technical support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of building and structural details and local construction practices, with the ability to interpret drawings and assist in resolving technical and quality issues.
• Familiarity with tender and bidding processes, engineering standards, and local building, construction and safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate precast project activities across design, production, delivery and site teams.
• Able to attend site meetings and conduct inspections at construction sites and precast yards.
