Possess a valid GDL Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record, suitable for operating a Nissan NV200 Van.

Demonstrate at least 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, delivery operations, or FMCG/food distribution.

Be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including container loading and unloading.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy when checking goods, managing inventory, and maintaining records.

Proficient in basic computer applications for inventory management and administrative tasks.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Experience in merchandising and operational execution within the food and beverage sector is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Halal certification processes and requirements is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Manage and execute daily logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Plan and perform local deliveries and collections using the company's Nissan NV200 Van, maintaining a safe and timely schedule.

Conduct physical checks of incoming and outgoing goods, meticulously verifying quantities and quality against documentation.

Assist with container loading and unloading activities, demonstrating physical fitness and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update system data using basic computer literacy, contributing to effective stock management.

Support merchandising activities by ensuring products are correctly displayed and stocked at designated locations.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any logistical or operational issues promptly.

Undertake assigned duties related to Halal compliance and certification processes, if required, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
