• Valid Malaysian driving licence.

• Good driving record and safe driving habits.

• Confident and experienced driving around Klang Valley.

• Good knowledge of roads and navigation.

• Comfortable using Google Maps/Waze.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Additional languages are an advantage.

• Responsible, punctual and reliable.

• Patient and comfortable dealing with different people and situations.

• Presentable and professional when representing the company.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willing to travel and work outside the office when required.

• Previous experience as a driver, runner, liaison officer or in an operations role is an advantage.

Transportation & Driving

• Safely transport domestic helpers, staff and/or documents to required locations.

• Provide transportation support for medical appointments, government offices, immigration-related matters, airports,training centres, customer handovers and other operational activities.

• Ensure timely arrival and collection according to scheduled appointments.

• Plan routes and manage travel time effectively.

• Use Google Maps/Waze confidently to navigate around Klang Valley and other locations when required.

• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle.

• Ensure the vehicle is regularly maintained and report any issues promptly.

• Follow all road safety and traffic regulations.

Liaison & On-Ground Coordination

• Accompany and assist domestic helpers during appointments and required processes.

• Coordinate with clinics, government offices, training centres, customers and other relevant parties when required.

• Assist with the submission and collection of documents.

• Ensure domestic helpers understand where they need to go and what they need to do.

• Communicate relevant updates and information to the Innovedge team.

• Assist with on-ground coordination and follow-ups.

• Represent Innovedge professionally when dealing with customers and external parties.

Domestic Helper Support

• Assist domestic helpers with transportation and logistics throughout the required processes.

• Accompany helpers when attending appointments or completing administrative requirements.

• Assist with customer handovers when required.

• Ensure helpers arrive at the correct location and on time.

• Help facilitate communication between the helper, customer and Innovedge team when necessary.

• Assist with the movement and handling of documents and personal belongings.

• Escalate concerns or issues to the relevant team member.

Document & Operational Support

• Assist with the collection, submission and delivery of documents.

• Ensure documents are handled carefully and delivered to the correct person or location.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and domestic helper information.

• Assist with errands and operational tasks assigned by the team.

• Support other departments when required.

• Provide updates on completed tasks and any issues encountered.
