Responsibilities
Job responsibilities
Receive and log service requests from clients, ensuring accurate and complete information.
Prioritize and schedule service appointments based on urgency and technician availability.
Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide relevant details.
Manage the Service hotline during office hours and divert to the standby cellphone for after-office hours.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, appointments, and technician schedules.
Generate and update service reports, including job details, parts used, and labor hours.
Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing inquiries.
Issue quotations to customers using Microsoft Business Central.
Confirm sales orders in Microsoft Business Central upon receiving purchase orders from customers.
Generate and process service invoices for completed jobs.
Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Field of study in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a service-related industry.
0-3 years of experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Business Central).
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment or similar technical fields is not required but a plus.
