Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and talented AI Researcher & Developer to join our team and drive innovation in Artificial Intelligence.

You will be responsible for researching emerging AI technologies, developing intelligent applications, and building practical AI solutions for real-world business applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting AI projects, explore the latest advancements in AI, and turn innovative ideas into working solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development: Design, develop, test and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
• Large Language Models (LLMs): Research, experiment with and integrate LLMs into practical applications, including fine-tuning, evaluation and optimisation.
• AI Agents & Automation: Develop AI agents, chatbots and automated workflows to improve business processes.
• AI Research: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, research papers and industry developments.
• Application Development: Integrate AI solutions into websites, mobile applications, enterprise systems and other digital platforms.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new AI tools, technologies and methodologies to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with Python and AI development frameworks.
• Understanding of LLMs, APIs, AI tools and application integration.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team projects.
• Fresh graduates with relevant AI development skills and project experience are encouraged to apply.
