Job Description

-         Coordinate and supervise the installation, integration and commissioning of mechanical and electrical works including HVAC, chilled water systems, ventilation, power distribution, fire protection and Building Management System (BMS).

-         Monitor construction progress to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and in accordance with quality standards.

-         Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.

-         Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and vendors to resolve engineering and site coordination issues.

-         Support testing, commissioning and system handover activities to achieve project completion milestones.

-         Monitor site activities, identify technical issues and implement practical engineering solutions.

-         Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements and company safety standards.

-         Prepare engineering reports, progress updates and technical documentation as required.

-         Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project communication and coordination.

-         Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

-         Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

-         Minimum 5 year in construction/ M&E Consulting firm.

-         Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing is preferred.

-         Good coordination, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
