Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE @ JURONGEAST | UP TO $3100/MONTH | TRANSPORT PROVIDED | OFFICE HOUR | FFL
Location: Penjuru (Company bus from Jurong East)
Salary Range: $2800 - $3100
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Job Description:
Handle order processing, verify customer orders, prepare orders
Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules, vessel
Address customer enquiries and complaints by providing suitable solutions, maintaining effective communication
Other Adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years in Logistics/Marine operations
Proficient in MS Office
