Job Title: Artist Personal AssistantJob Description

Fast Forward Films is looking for a responsible, organised and adaptable Artist Personal Assistant to support the artist’s daily activities, work commitments and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should also have an interest in marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the artist with daily tasks and work arrangements.
• Coordinate schedules, transportation, accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Accompany the artist to filming locations, events and other work engagements.
• Manage wardrobe, supplies and related handovers.
• Keep track of call sheets, work schedules and production information.
• Assist with marketing activities and social media content when required.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Good time management, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and the artist’s schedule.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms.
• Good teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in artist management, event coordination, marketing or social media is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Work Location

Work arrangements will depend on the artist’s schedule. Travel and off-site work are required.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
