Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00am to 1:30pm; Wednesdays and Fridays: 11:30am to 5:00pm. Each day includes a 30-minute lunch break.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays or school holidays.

• School holiday exclusions stated in the tender: 15–19 March, 31 May–25 June and 6–10 September 2027.

• Other excluded dates stated in the tender: 5 and 9 February, 12 July, 10 August, 3 and 17 September, and 18–20 October 2027.

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification and at least one year of experience engaging, supporting or managing children/youth.

• Ability to build rapport and provide developmental guidance to students.

• Ability to coordinate and facilitate programmes independently, communicate with stakeholders, and work both independently and in a team.

• Patience, empathy, responsibility, and good organisation, record-keeping and reporting skills.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Provide UPLIFT individual and small-group mentoring on attendance, academic motivation, behaviour and personal concerns.

2. Identify students requiring support, implement interventions and follow up on cases to develop resilience and self-management.

3. Plan and facilitate programmes covering academic support, life skills, career guidance and enrichment; manage materials, logistics, administration, participation and feedback.

4. Liaise with parents and other stakeholders and participate in team case meetings.

5. Maintain confidential attendance, progress and case records; prepare reports, raise concerns and provide feedback.

6. Perform other related assigned duties.
