• Location: Buona Vista
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3,000 per month + 1 month bonus
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage donation administration, including pledge processing, donor profile maintenance, data verification and upkeep of donor records and documentation.
• Reconcile, track and maintain records of fund disbursements and utilisation.
• Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with other related duties as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy/ Business/ Finance and other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience.
