Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven professional to fill our Engineering & Project Management positions. Depending on your seniority level, you will be responsible for leading, scheduling, and executing building or civil engineering developments in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of engineering design, commercial tracking, and active site management. You will champion project lifecycles from groundbreaking to final handover, ensuring total alignment with Singapore's BCA regulations, MOM safety directives, and client quality standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years for Engineers/Assistant Managers, and 6+ years for Managerial roles, with a proven track record managing commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects within Singapore.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of project management scheduling tools (such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) and AutoCAD/BIM systems. Exhaustive knowledge of local building codes, Eurocodes, and MOM Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks.
  • Core Competencies: Dynamic leadership and team management capabilities. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary teams, resolve high-level site clashes, and communicate effectively with corporate clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Lifecycles: Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are safely delivered within targeted timelines and approved budgets.
  • Site & Design Coordination: Cross-examine engineering drawings, architectural blueprints, and M&E layout plans to eliminate discrepancies. Direct technical teams and engineering staff to execute complex site methods.
  • Statutory Compliance & Quality: Ensure all phases of execution comply fully with BCA, LTA, PUB, NEA, and MOM regulations. Oversee structural testing, handovers, and final inspections alongside the RE and RTO teams.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Conduct regular progress evaluation meetings, manage subcontractors' timelines, and oversee the resolution of site bottlenecks. Partner with commercial teams to monitor variations and project margins.
  • Workplace Safety & Risk Mitigation: Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations across the site. Review and approve master Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), and safe site practices to achieve a zero-accident performance.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month
