- High school diploma/GED.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Customer oriented with a positive attidute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Critical Observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Responsibilities
- Handle indoor sales and attend to customers professionally
- Reply to customer enquiries via Whatapps , email and phone calls or other communication apps.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Prepare invoices and quotations
- Assist with daily retail and sales operational.
- Follow up with customers on sent quotations.
