Responsibilities
Job Description:
Perform goods receive in Navision system and update good receive status in the system.
Generate Traveller and release good to QC and Production
Prepare shipping/ delivery documentation - Packing List, Internal Delivery Order and other Custom Documents for internal shipments
Coordinate in-house shipment schedule or external shipment arrangement, e.g. Courier service/ crating and freight partners-FedEx/ DHL/ freight forwarder
Create and upload logistic documents in Navision.
Generate and process transfer form and do the consumption and output journal for assembly parts/ project.
Keep track of the material inventory and accountable for finish goods.
Maintain daily warehouse operation
Participate in company warehouse system digitization project.
Create Items card and drawing conversion.
Support in QC & Production process.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor / HOD
Requirements:
5 Days work.
O-Level, ITE or Diploma in related fields
Use Microsoft Excel & Microsoft word
Good communication skills, team player and passion in learning
