We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Solution Consultant / Lead Software Developer to lead the technical solution design, architecture and software development activities.

Role:Lead Technical Solution Consultant / Lead Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and architecture.
• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead software developers and solution consultants throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and oversee cloud-based application architecture and SaaS implementation.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security and reliability.
• Oversee system integration with external applications and government systems.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex technical issues.
• Review technical designs, source code and development deliverables.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams and security consultants.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and government IT requirements.
• Support deployment, configuration, maintenance and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience, particularly in cloud-based solution design and architecture.
• Strong experience in SaaS solutions and software development.
• Experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies, application integration and API-based solutions.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and deployment practices.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
