We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in banking and expertise in TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking systems. This role involves leading cross-regional initiatives, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving the successful implementation of core banking solutions across Europe and Asia. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking implementation.
• Identify and propose solutions for functional and process gaps between European and Asian sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, define, and document new requirements.
• Design functional solutions and manage implementation roadmaps.
• Define test cases, oversee UAT, and ensure proper system integration.
• Ensure solutions align with group standards and global site requirements.
• Facilitate user workshops, requirements gathering, and documentation of business processes.
• Manage project governance, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Drive migration strategies and change management.
• Coordinate with IT and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Banking as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong expertise in TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT for Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of core banking domains:
• Customer & Portfolio Data, Accounts, Payments, Deposits, and Loans
  • General Accounting, Reporting, Credit, Taxation, and Securities Processing
  • Knowlegde of financial reporting and credit risk
• Proficient in UAT, functional/system integration testing, and SQL queries.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum, JIRA, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
