Position Overview

The role will be responsible for driving strategic planning and operational excellence across the division. This role provides leadership in business operations, market research, budget planning, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth strategies. The incumbent will work closely with headquarters and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, optimize business performance, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition/utilization of strategic knowledge on operation

-Comprehensively acquiring a series of strategic knowledge on operation, doing progress management on overall operation and showing clear direction/vision toward the implementation of strategy.

Increasing productivity on market research activities

-Having highly advanced knowledge on market research and heading various activities to provide HQ with useful output to support strategic decisions.

Implementation of strategic budget planning

-Doing proper budget control according to target of division and leading strategic budget/MTP planning.

Management of subordinate/organization

-Having close/smooth communication with team members, executing sustainable human resource cultivation considering long term development of division.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

·       Diploma or Degree in any discipline

Skills & Competencies

• At least 30 years in printing products business experience.
• Minimally 10 years and above experience in managerial capacity.
• Strategic knowledge on Business Operation
• Strategic knowledge on Market Research
• Strategic knowledge on Financial/Accounting
• Highly advanced skill on presentation
• Good project management skill
• Strong organizational and leadership skill.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess good disposition
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with head office in Japan.
