Role Overview

Deep Bridge is developing machine-learning systems for product recommendation and buyer matching in B2B trade, where transaction data is sparse, feedback is limited, and products and buyers frequently have little historical data.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Research Engineer to research, develop and implement ML approaches that improve product-to-buyer matching and recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Research ML approaches for recommendation and matching with sparse and limited data.
• Develop buyer and product representations using product information, images, categories, attributes and commercial interactions.
• Explore cold-start recommendation, ranking, clustering, transfer learning and multimodal approaches.
• Develop methods to learn from noisy and incomplete signals such as salesperson actions, buyer responses and transactions.
• Design experiments and evaluate alternative models and architectures.
• Build the ML architecture and pipelines required to support these models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and experimental methods.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience in recommendation systems, ranking, embeddings, information retrieval or related areas is preferred.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
