FEPA SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Quality Control Inspector in Johor, Earn up to MYR 1,900 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and finished goods inspections to ensure products consistently meet established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Perform quality inspections at Production and Store areas, including checking product condition, specifications, and overall compliance.
• Record and monitor daily inspection results to ensure accurate quality records and full product traceability.
• Identify, document, and promptly report quality defects, non-conformities, and other product issues to the relevant teams.
• Work closely with the QA and Production Teams to investigate quality issues and support timely corrective actions and resolutions.
• Review products related to customer complaints, returned goods, and Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR).
• Assist the QA Team in ensuring QA/QC procedures, requirements, and quality standards are clearly communicated and properly implemented at relevant workstations.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections throughout production to help maintain consistent product quality.
• Maintain accurate and organized inspection reports, quality records, findings, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Production and QA teams to identify root causes, prevent recurring quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper follow-up on identified quality issues and verify that corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Carry out assigned QC responsibilities for both FEPA Sdn Bhd and Carbo Schroder Sdn Bhd.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by the QA/QC HOD or Management.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
