Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems and software.
• Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
• Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly for daily gateway operations.
• Provide technical assistance to employees.
• Maintain IT equipment records and troubleshooting reports.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical issues when necessary.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to support gateway operational needs when required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
