Responsibilities
This internship provides hands-on experience in the fabrication, assembly and testing of industrial water chillers and refrigeration systems.

Job Scope:
- Assist technicians in the fabrication and assembly of industrial water chillers
- Assist with copper piping work and copper brazing
- Assist with installation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps and refrigeration components
- Assist with refrigerant piping preparation, cutting and fitting
- Assist with pressure testing, vacuuming and refrigerant charging
- Assist with electrical wiring and control panel installation
- Assist with installation of water piping, pumps and related components
- Assist technicians with machine testing and troubleshooting
- Assist with equipment preparation before delivery
- Follow technicians for site installation and commissioning when required
- Maintain tools and keep the production area clean and organised
- Follow all workshop and site safety procedures
Requirements:
- Currently studying Certificate / Diploma / SKM in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or related technical course
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems is an advantage
- Experience or basic knowledge in copper brazing is an advantage
- Willing to learn hands-on fabrication and technical work
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a technical team
- Willing to work in a workshop / production environment
