Blue & White Collar Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement
• Source and engage candidates for both blue and white collar roles
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and update systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Experience handling both blue and white collar roles is an advantage
• Experience with recruitment agency is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
