Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Find new B2B clients via cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
Account Management:
Maintain relationships with procurement teams, brand managers, and corporate buyers.
Quotations & Proposals:
Prepare cost estimates, explain material selections (e.g., paper types, carton, or adhesive labels), and negotiate contract terms.
Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with internal production and design teams to ensure print jobs meet client specs and deadlines.
Collections:
Follow up on billing and payment collections from accounts.
Requirements & Skills
Experience:
1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in printing, packaging, labels, or manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of printing processes (such as digital, offset, or flexographic printing) is a major plus.
Communication:
Strong negotiation, pitching, and written/verbal English skills.
Commission 2%
Transport 500+/-
Gross 3.5k - 5K++ per mth base on sales target KPI performance
